Show the Security Tab in XP Home Edition

The security tab allows you to change permissions and ownership files and folders in Windows XP. However, to use this in XP Home you ordinarily have to boot into Safe Mode. This tweak tricks XP Home into thinking that it is in Safe Mode and will display the security tab.

Note: This tweak is for XP Home Edition only. It won't work in XP Professional or Media Center.

To show the security tab, download and run this registry file.

Important: Download this registry file and run it to undo the changes made by the first one when you finish. If you do not, some programs may not run correctly.
